Plugin is not working on WP 3.8.1

There is other topic in the support forum (WordPress 3.8 Support) that shows it is resolved, but it is not.
The message when one goes to add a Download is:Not Found
The requested URL /website/cmdownload/add was not found on this server.Similar with others options in the CM Download Manager
