Plugin isn’t working on my website

    Hi,

    I have installed Advanced Excerpt plugin but it is not working on my website at all. After reading reviews, i believe this is a great plugin but it is not functioning on my site(Homepage and posts) i want to customize excerpts and read more button to be displayed on homepage only not inside the post. Could you please check the issue?

    Hi,

    From the looks of it that’s powered by Visual Composer. Page builders like that do their own excerpt limiting because in different places different excerpt lengths are needed. So they go with a custom approach instead of a regular WordPress approach.

    Because of that custom approach our plugin is unfortunately unable to hook into that output and filter it.
