Thanks for using our plugin Return Refund and exchange for Woocommerce!
first of all this plugin does not work with sequential order plugins at all. instead of order id, this plugin picks post id:
->> Yes for now our plugin is not compatible with the sequential order plugin.
second, I’m not able to change the base color code in the notification email :
->> Our plugin does not allow you to change the default mail but we have provided the custom email editor in mail configuration using which you can create your own custom email with the help of shortcodes provided by our plugin.

oh so i wont be able to edit then,
is there anyway i can unhook email sent by this plugins ?
like below quote is for disabling note notification
remove_action( 'woocommerce_new_customer_note_notification', array( $email_class->emails['WC_Email_Customer_Note'], 'trigger' ) );

No, Not for now there is no hook for it but if you want we can make some changes in our plugin for you so that our plugin mails are disabled on your site.
