As far as I can see, that plugin is not available on ww.wp.xz.cn. Our policy is that we do not support it, as it’s not a plugin the volunteers here are likely to have or use. See the link to our policy in my original reply.
Where did you purchase the plugin?
On My wordpress dashboard Add plugin. Now I understand from someone that it is showing up on mobile but at the top and not the left side like desktop. How can I change where it shows? Any ideas?
