I used this plugin and tried to test whether it changed the member price or not, but it didn’t.

After I checked the rules that I created before and refreshed the page, it turned out that they didn’t exist or weren’t saved (even though I had clicked save).

How can I solve it? Thanks

    Hello @jetoleto,
We haven’t faced this sort of issue from our end. Can you please use Loom to send a short video or provide us with some screenshots to see why your dynamic rule isn’t saving properly?

As you can see at the first pic I made a new dynamic rules “member 15%”

Then I save it and it said “successfully saved”

I checked as a member to see if it applies to members, but it doesn’t

When I refreshed the page, the rules I had previously created were gone

    didn’t saving properly right?

    Hi @jetoleto,

You are doing it in a proper way but we didn’t face any issue like this before. Can you please try to save it again to see if it’s behaving like this? If it is then Another plugin might be responsible for this issue.

Can you please deactivate all of your plugins except WooCommerce to see if our plugin still behaves like this or not?

    Do let us know.

    Still can’t work for me

I have disabled all of them except WooCommerce & WholesaleX. I have also replaced the theme with storefront, but the plugin still behaves like this 🙁

    Hello @jetoleto,

This is the first time we have heard about this issue. I think your server cache or site cache is responsible for this issue. Do you have any caching plugins enabled on your site? Can you please try to deactivate that plugin to see if the issue still persists?

Also, Can you provide us with your website URL? Thank you.

I have disabled all plugins including caching plugin (except woocommerce & wholesaleX) but still no luck.

I switch themes too with storefront but it doesn’t change. It’s also the same even when I open it via another browser & incognito

    Hi @jetoleto,
Can you please check if you have any caching enabled on your server? It’s highly possible that this is caused by another plugin. Please try to disable caching on your server to test the issue.
