Plugin Issues

I just purchased the pro version of this plugin, but when I try to login at https://www.bbp.design/wp-login.php , I get this error:

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, [email protected] and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

The reason I was wanting to submit a support ticket is because when I installed the plugin and configured it, immediately following, there were login issues for everyone using the site. Have you had this happen before? Please help!
