Plugin issues to be adressed during next update

Hi,
I have added the link to a wpml support ticket, concerning some issues with the plugin, zou might want to look at the problem.

Could you also make the tooltip translatable please.

Plus, I found some issue when creating a shipping method, with 3 rules –> the site crashes when a product is added to the cart.
