Plugin issues when using IPhones

    The plugin seems to be working fine from a Windows PC and Android phone, but not working properly when tested using an iPhone. The icon does show at the bottom as expected, but when you click on it, sometimes it just shows up for a second and then disapears; When it finally shows, you cannot enter your message, and the frame disappears as soon as you try to write something.

    It seems that you’re using some kind of caching app that aggressively caches and preloads Tidio on iPhone devices. This means that the code is not injected correctly and breaks Tidio.

    Could you please disable Tidio from caching app?

    That’ll fix the problem 🙂
