    “Oops, can’t load document. It may have been changed by the publisher, or there’s a connection problem on your…”

    Upload seems to be working not at all …. i see the thumnail in my issuu library but with label Error and message saying “The document could not be found. Please check that you entered the correct URL and try again.”

    I get this same error after migrating to IIS7. Nothing else changed. Older pdf files still appear as normal, only new ones drop this error. PDF files upload to the server and are accessible from the internet, and Issuu PDF button creates link that looks normal too. The only difference is that new pdf files does not appear as flipbooks – only this error.

    It has been 4 months ago you posted this issue, do you still have this issue? You could try to update to the latest version of the Issuu PDF Sync plugin. If you still have problems please start an new topic.
