[Plugin: Issuu PDF Sync] sync width options

dear ben, fantastic plugin – i only miss the possibility of sync-options means:
->dokument private/published on issuu
->comments: yes/no
->rating: yes/no
->download: yes/no

i think the parameter are possible in the issuu API – would be great..
