Remove e-mail subscriptions?

Hi,

I am using the Jetpack plugin on a self-hosted WordPress site (everything updated regularly). I have activated and promote the e-mail subscription feature on my site.

When I look at subscribed users via Jetpack stats I see that roughly 40% of my e-mail subscribers most certainly never signed up themselves: There is a long list of addresses that all signed up in a matter of minutes and most follow the same scheme: [email protected]. Some of the addresse seem complete fake others I fear could be hacked/compromised e-mail accounts.

Is there a way to remove or otherwise manage the subscribed e-mail addresses? They will receive e-mails for each blog post in a languaged they most likely will not understand and definitely are not interested in 🙂
