[Plugin: JJ NextGen JQuery Cycle] Which file to modify?

Hi, there appears to be no less than 6 files that you can edit with the JJ NextGen JQuery Cycle plugin. I installed the sidebar slider (cycle?) show widget, which works beautifully (www.bikingindallas.com) but I want to:

1) modify how long an individual picture is shown.

2) Make the photos shown be random, shuffled, so that each time you visit the site the odds are you’ll see a different order of photos.

I bet I can do this myself if someone can tell me which of the 6 files I should modify to change these settings. Again, the plugin is working just fine, I just don’t know which file I need to modify to accomplish my two objectives. Thanks!
