[Plugin: Job Manager] Application is in all CAPS? :(

Hey all! I’m a little puzzled…

My application page has all of the questions in CAPS, which is, of course, jarring and difficult to read. Basically, it looks like this:

Personal Details
FULL NAME *
EMAIL ADDRESS *

Contact Details
CITY OR PART OF VALLEY
PHONE (CELL PREFERRED)

Qualifications
YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION?
LEVEL OF EDUCATION IN THIS FIELD.
DO YOU HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION?
UPLOAD YOUR FILMOGRAPHY/RESUME/WRITING SA MPLES (OPTIONAL)
UPLOAD A PHOTO OR HEADSHOT (OPTIONAL)
LINK TO YOUR DEMO REEL (OPTIONAL)
TELL US ABOUT YOURSELF AND WHY YOU ARE PERFECT FOR THIS JOB.
ANYTHING TO ADD?

I looked through the files in the plugin editor, but I honestly couldn’t figure out where to make any changes.
