[Plugin: Job Manager] Apply link doesn't show

Hi,
I just installed the plugin and it’s great! Thanks a lot!
My problem:
I’m not such a good developer. I think I did everything right, but the apply link doesn’t show and I can’t figure out why.
here’s my individual job code (it’s very simple):

Another problem – the default jobs page (mysite/jobs) doesn’t work. I can only see my jobs list at mysite/?jcat=all. Is that ok?
