[Plugin: Job Manager] custom URL for Application page

Hi.

I recently installed Job Manager to use as a way for clients to submit freelance projects for users to browse through. I’m using the application form as a way for people to submit the projects for posting. I want to make the url of the application page simply /post-project (part of my main navigation) rather than jobs/apply. How can I go about doing this?

Also, is there a way to edit the formatting of the application page? For example, I would like there to be space between the different categories in the column so they don’t all blend together.
