[Plugin: Job Manager] "Fatal Error" on Install

On Activation of the plugin, I get the following error:

“Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.

Fatal error: Unsupported operand types in /var/www/vhosts/MyWebSite.com/httpdocs/wp-content/plugins/job-manager/frontend.php on line 34″
