[Plugin: Job Manager] Fatal error when activating the plugin

    Sir,

    I am getting an error message when activating the plugin .I have explained in detailed here:

    What steps will reproduce the problem?
    1.When I install and activate the plugin
    2.It gives the fatal error

    Error message :

    “Fatal error: Unsupported operand types in /home/…/public_html/wp-content/plugins/job-manager/frontend.php on line 35” on dashboard plugins section

    I am using Version 0.7.15

    What version of WordPress am I using?
    3.0.4

    I have tried it to activate on Multisite installation .Please let me know how to solve the problem
