[Plugin: Job Manager] Privileges and Admin description

    Background: I want to customize JM for a person with little computer experience.

    2 questions:
    1) How can I assign a user a role with very limited privileges (contributor) but still make the Job Manager available to them?

    2) Which file do I need to edit in order to modify the instructions in the admin section of JM? (for example: This will enable interview scheduling functionality.)
