    Hello,
    I’m using the above mentioned plugin to customize the customer mail from woocommerce.
    I’ve noticed that the mail for “canceled order” is not coming out with my customization but as per translation in the Loco plugin.

    Besides, this mail is sent just to the admin and not to the customer.

    How can I solve this problem?

    Are you overriding the template in a child theme?

    no I’m not overriding the template.
    Could be that there is a conflict with a plugin? For example with plugin WC cancel order?

    I don’t know that plugin, but what you describe sounds like our template isn’t being used so it’s certainly worth testing by deactivating that plugin.

    I’ve alredy tried but it is not working.

    If you go to woocommerce > status and scroll down to the template overrides which templates are being overridden?

    Hello Ben,
    If I go to woocommerce I do not find the template.
    Since I need to have a button giving the possibilities to the customers to ask to cancel the orders, I’ve installed the plugin “WC Cancel Order” by Woo Experts.
    The plugin wasn’t translated in Italian and through the plugin “Loco Translate” I put the italian translation.
    In your plugin Email customizer, I’ve customized the mail for “Cancelled Order” but it is not coming out. The mail is taking the translation I put in Loco Translated.
    Please note that I don’t want to waste your time, so I put a translation in Loco plugin that can fit also for the mail for “Cancelled Order”, so please consider the problem solved.
