Hey tapaway,
That’s weird! Sounds like it might be a plugin conflict. Can you please try the following:
1. Temporarily switch your theme back to the WordPress Twenty Sixteen Theme
2. Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
3. Test to see if the issue has been resolved.
4. If that resolves the issue, then slowly re-enable features until you find the one that’s causing the conflict.
If you don’t want to do this on your live site, there is a great free plugin that will allow you to build a complete staging site with a few button clicks. If you want to run some tests without affecting your customers, feel free to install the plugin linked below:

I’m so glad I found this post!
I’ve had several instances lately where nearly all of the plugins on my site deactivate randomly. This includes plugins like WP eStore and WP Affiliate, Popup Domination, Extra Shortcodes for WP eStore, and about 20 or so more. This has happened 3-4 times now, in the past 3 weeks (roughly).
When it happens, I have to go into WordPress and re-activate all these plugins.During the time they are deactivated people can’t purchase from our site because our cart plugin (WP eStore) is one of the plugins that gets deactivated.
Do you have any ideas?
Thank you.
