Hi!
How do I change the plugin language in the admin panel?

Hi,
Which language do you want to use?
Ukrainian
The plugin is already translated into Ukrainian. Have you set the site language to Ukrainian in wp-admin > Settings > General?
ОК. I understood correctly – the WP Telegram plugin automatically sets the language of the plugin settings depending on the selected site language in the WordPress admin panel
Yes, correct.

Hi
Can you please goto wp-admin > Updates and check if all the translations are updated?
If any translation needs an update, you will see a button that says, “Update translations” or something similar.
I checked in the admin panel – all translations have been updated. I also checked the wp telegram-ru_RU.po file in the Poedit program – All lines are fully translated
OK, Yes I can confirm the issue on my end. I will dig deeper into it and find the root cause.
