[Plugin: LBAK User Tracking] Set real time

I use %d.%m.%Y-%H:%I

I have problem – my blog is set to correct time, but this plugin simply shows not +1 but +2 hours which means I have 1 hour difference on ma stats – I use above mentioned code to set time – but I cannot set it to be +1 by gmt 🙁 – I look trough http://php.net/manual/en/function.strftime.php but without success with that small z – simply I cannot find where to put it 🙁
