[Plugin: Lightbox Plus] Every Click increases widow number

I am using lightbox plus plugin to call my wp website pages/posts, I am using this code to call –

<a href="?p=72" rel="lightbox">Click Me</a>

In localhost, the page is shown but takes much time. And if i click on the link again, at this time, two pop-up window will be opened. The more time i click on the link, the more popup boxes open. If i use this code in online server, the browser gets hanged.

Someone please help me solve the problem.
