[Plugin: Link Library] Unable to set Additional Link Parameters

The form says the link is updated successfully, but the values are not stored. I am only able to get the date field to take, if I check the box and then use firebug to remove the disabled attribute from the field so that I can change the value.
This is LL 5.4.9
