[Plugin: Link My Posts] Does not work, does not completely delete

The plugin does not work. Worse than not working, once installed and it fails, you cannot fully delete it. It leaves a link under appearances to “Pager” with a form that was part of the plugin. Not cool to leave permanent traces of itself.
