[Plugin: List category posts] Offset Fails

I grabbed this plugin specifically for the offset feature and it doesn’t seem top work. I tried [catlist slug=wuw offset=2 numberposts=-1] and it doesn’t change anything here wsustudio76.com/show-sample/ Please let me know how to get this working or what I’m doing wrong.
