I would like the list to be alphabetical, is there a way to do this?

It should accept all the arguments of wp_list_pages() and get_pages()

http://codex.ww.wp.xz.cn/Function_Reference/get_pages#Parameters

So using the parameters sort_column=”post_title” and sort_order=”ASC” shoudl work
