[Plugin: Live Blogging] Different Layout

I’ve been using the liveblog plug in for a few events and it’s really worked well for us. THANK YOU.
Last week I watched the apple presentation of the new iphone and one of the websites that were live blogging was engadget.com.
They had a different approach where the photos are on top OR inline with the liveblog posts. If you scrolled across the photos, it would move to the correct spot in the time line.
I’m wondering if there is a way to do this to the plug in??
