Plugin localization / translation

I wanted to ask if it would be possible to implement localization so that it can be translated to other languages via translate.w.org. It currently shows the following message at https://translate.ww.wp.xz.cn/projects/wp-plugins/webappick-product-feed-for-woocommerce/ :
This plugin is not properly prepared for localization
