[Plugin: Login With Ajax] Custom css – mischievous border!

Hi! I created some custom css by adding the plugin css to my theme template files and it worked almost to perfection. I put a border around the avatar with a padding of 4x. Only at the top it looks like it’s about 6px. I tried setting padding-top to 4x but to no effect. In fact, even if I set the number to 0, nothing happens.

It’s not that big of a deal but, heck, why won’t that border go where it’s supposed to?
