I’ve noticed that when using form logging plugins like Flamingo or CRM Entries, credit card info from payment forms is being saved in the database. This is a big security issue.

I tried to prevent it by removing or intercepting the fields before submission, but that just breaks the form. Would it be possible to add a way to exclude specific fields (like credit card numbers) from being logged?

I’d like to keep things secure while still using the logging features.

To be fair this should be something you fix with the plugin, because this would also allow me to post the CC info in the mail template using the mail tag which is a huge issue.
