[Plugin] looking for better admin controls

Hey folks,

so iam searching and searching
a nice user-admin plugin/s for my side,
maybe you can help me with that.

what i want:

– people can only see my side via regrestration
– admin has do allow access to the new users
– (user automatically gets status “unregistration”
and admin has to allow him to see the side via status “user”
– individually regrestration formular
– individually roles (i want edit the wordpress roles)
– automatically logout, when you close the browser you logged out

Thats the first things iam looking for
