    Hey hey Homie Poptart!

    Sorry for the delay! In taking a look at the site in question, it looks like that form is being generated by a different plugin than the MailChimp List Subscribe Form plugin. The best bet for questions regarding the use of that plugin would be to reach out to the support forum specific to that plugin, which should be on that plugin’s WordPress page.
