[Plugin: MailChimp List Subscribe Form] Mailchimp API Code/Plugin Upgrade

    Hi.
    I have received an email from Mailchimp stating that I’m using the Login () API method which will be disabled. The email then mentioned an upgrade to the plugin. I’m running version 1.2.6 which appears to be the most up to date.

    Are Mailchimp releasing a newer version?

    Or is the problem caused by my developer creating a bespoke signup form? And, if so, what should he do to fix it?

    Hey there, Rob!

    The newest version of the plugin does not make the specific Login call that you mentioned. However, if your developer has some other forms that are using that call, your best bet would be to contact them directly and pass along the email that you received. They should be able to sort things out accordingly based on the information in the email and the code that they’ve written for your site.
