    additionally, it’d be a great idea for developers if you’d add the ability to filter the HTML output. we could use preg_replace or more ideally, domdocument to manipulate the html, etc

    took a stab at updating the plugin:
    http://pastebin.com/WP9dPgyC

    mailchimpSF_signup_form() now returns a concatenated string that doesn’t get cluttered up by wpautop. since mailchimpSF_signup_form() is now returning a string, the widget was changed to ECHO.

    sure thing. do you think this is something you might include in an update? i hate using hacked plugins…
