    Hello
From some days/weeks I noticed the wordpress admin interface when try to create or edit orders very slow, sometimes going in timeout!

I tried to deactivate all plugins and the it worked fast, then activating one plugin at time, when arrived at this plugin the “slow behaviour” appeared again.

Did you have any idea or any way you can test it? If you need please contact me and I will provide you an admin account to test on the staging site (that has the same behaviour)

    Hope you can help
    Thanks anyway!

    Hi @rafpigna,

do you have a lot of orders by any chance? The plugin currently queries all the orders associated to that product at the same time, so if you have thousands of orders it might take a toll on your server. I am planning on having it load on request via ajax to solve this issue in the future but i don’t have a specific date yet.

The new ajax version should be available within a few days

    Hello, thanks for the reply.

Yes, I have about 600 orders in total in the whole shop, but on each product I have maximum 60 orders.

Anyway I will test the new version when will be available and I will let you know if there are improvements.

Thanks a lot, have a nice day.

Mm that shouldn’t be enough to slow down your backend. What kind of server do you have? What is your backend memory limit?

@rafpigna i just pushed an update that should solve this issue. Can you try it out?

Yes, now it seems a lot faster, infact the plugin is still loading the orders after at least 20 seconds after the page loading completes.

My memory limit is 960mb, I dont know the server specs but it should be 4gb dedicated ram and a quad core cpu

anyway now it seems to work faster. thanks

@rafpigna great glad its working well!

The orders are now loaded after the page is loaded so it doesn’t slow you down when you are working on the page. The loading time is unfortunately linked to your server performance so there is not much more that can be done. But you might want to maybe look into it, since for me it takes about 5 seconds to load several thousand orders on my server which has about the same specs.
