Plugin making wp_postmeta table too big?

    Does this plugin cause the wp_postmeta SQL table to get very large? I have a small site but somehow my wp_postmeta table is over 30mb. I’m trying to track down the reason for this and I suspect it’s this plugin. Is it normal and is there anything I can do to reduce the size? Thanks
