Could you share a screenshot of your settings with us, both the “Disable for:” setting and the “Allow My Account invoice download” setting?
Were these invoices already created before you disabled them? The “disable for:” setting will not ‘hide’ existing invoices (since that could create serious accounting issues), it merely prevents creating invoices for specific statuses.
The “Allow My Account invoice download” setting should work independently from that though, if you have disabled downloading for the completed status there it should definitely not show.

Hi Ewout,
Please have a look at the image below:

I have disabled download/print invoices when the order status is “Completed” but still I’m able to do that.

I don’t speak Greek, so it’s difficult for me to determine what statuses you have disabled here, but the only reason I can think of here is that the invoice was already created in an earlier stage (e.g. before the order reached one of the statuses in your selection) or if the invoice was created for the order before you changed these settings. As I wrote in my previous answer:
The “disable for:” setting will not ‘hide’ existing invoices (since that could create serious accounting issues), it merely prevents creating invoices for specific statuses.
Does that explain the situation here? You could verify this by making a test order – assert that it does not have an invoice at that stage, move the status to “completed” and you will see that the button will disappear.
Hi @kasimrixa,
