I was looking thru my logs and found that wp-plugin-mgr.php page is availible to everyone- how do I change this- I looked up other blogs to see if there is the same problem, and I get this “Sorry, you must be logged in and at least a level 8 user to access the plugin manager.”

How do I do this? wp-plugin-mgr.php is on my main root level of my site. http://www.mysite.com/wp-plugin-mgr.php

Changing File Permissions will explain your choices and how to change this.

Also, I don’t know if it is still working for you, but wp-plugin-mgr has been broken for a bit and is awaiting fixing.
