Plugin Manager or Organizer

So, a while back I had a plugin that let me organize my list of plugins and add categories or tags to them. It was really nice because I could sort them however I wanted to so they were easier to find. (I had a lot of plugins.)

I redid my site a while back and I guess I didn’t save it. And now I can’t anything remotely close to what that app did.

Is there an app that’ll do that for me?
