[Plugin: Master Slider] Animations not showing up on Custom Theme

Hi all,
Using Master Slider and having issues with the slider showing up but none of the text or animations working on my custom template. Using the template slides and everything works on the default templates. I found a few threads explaining a few lines of code needed to be added but they we’re over a year old and nothing has worked.

Can you point me in the right direction? Again text or animations don’t work on any of the custom themes I’ve downloaded but does work on the default themes.
