[Plugin: Media Library Categories] Please write code that doesn't throw errors

Maybe you leave debug off, but I have it on because I have my own code to maintain and I’d like for debug to be on. Please write code that doesn’t throw errors and warnings. It’s an absolute pain to work with your plugin right now.
