[Plugin: Mendeley Plugin] Installation in WordPress 3.4.1

I am trying to use the WordPress plugin but I am having difficulty inputting the key and secret. Looking at the code seems to imply that the plugin activation should launch a po-up to input these… as does the Spanish guide, although my Spanish is not great. The plug in “activates” but no screen appears… I ahve turned off Google analytics and checked that pop-ups are not blocked… but still no screen appears to input key and secret.
