I just took a look at WooCommerce 5.0, 5.1 and 5.2 and tested them all with WooCommerce Shipping & Tax versions 1.25.11 and 1.25.10.
I am seeing the option to print shipping labels in the order page.
Can you please ensure that:
– Your store is connected to Jetpack (you can see this in WooCommerce > Status > WooCommerce Shipping & Tax)
– Your store is based in the United States (you can see this in WooCommerce > Settings > General)
– Your store currency is US Dollars (also in WooCommerce > Settings > General)
– At least one product in the order “needs shipping” according to WooCommerce
