[Plugin: Menus] Theme Option Pages Gone

I recently installed the “Menus” plugin http://ww.wp.xz.cn/extend/plugins/menus/ on my multisite network and all my theme options pages are no longer accessible and I can’t get them back. any help would be appreciated.
