Plugin messes up default add new block options

    Plugin messes up default add new block options on bottom block.
    Plus icon and 3 icons are not showing up.
    I am using last WP.

    I also wonder if you have any other Gutenberg plugins active. Could you please let me know of those and I can check if any of them causing an issue related to yours.

    Hi
    I was setting up new page and I really wanted to play with beautiful toys that you were so kind to provide and share with us.

    Hence I was in a position to remove all plugins and try things out with default 2019 theme. I have even updated php to 7.3.11.

    Unfortunately same little bug is always there no matter what.
    I haven’t tested thoroughly but it didn’t seem that it kills functionality. It was just annoying.
    I wasn’t able to create new block after the last one using two + icons that normally appear on a side or below. They didn’t appear at all.

    I was able to create new block after every other block but last one.

    Hi @gorillaguerilla

    The last item in an inner block creates paragraph and it’s a typical behavior of Gutenberg. You can simply hit / to create a new block by typing.

    FYI I am using few other block plugins without the same issue.

    Normal Gutenberg behavior in addition to what you wrote above is:

    When last block is selected if you hover mouse on the white space below it will spawn “+” icon on the bottom left and your 3xfavorite blocks on the right.

    That functionality is permanently lost after installing your plugin.
    Tried out on 3 desktops and 3 separate website installations.

    @gorillaguerilla so sorry that it took me a while to realise what it’s about with this serious bug.

    After checking on my end, you are absolutely right. Looks like a style update we did for our blocks made it global for all blocks which is causing this issue.

    This will be fixed with the next Kioken Blocks update.
