[Plugin: Meta Tag Manager] Set different 'description' fields for different pages

    Hello, is there a way of setting different ‘description’ fields for different pages? For instance we have both an English as well as a Swedish version of our site and I now used this plugin to set the description for the Swedish pages.

    But I cannot seem to be able to specify another description field for the english home/main page…
