[Plugin: Meteor Slides] Installing in Weaver Theme

I want to use meteor-slides to rotate my header image. I know that I need to insert and change the header.php file by inserting:

<?php if ( function_exists( 'meteor_slideshow' ) ) { meteor_slideshow(); } ?>

However, I am fairly new to WordPress and I am little bit intimidated about where to insert this code and what code to delete from the file without making the whole thing a mess.

Any specific instructions for how to do this in the the Weaver Theme code would be appreciated!
