Plugin missing messages from the agent

    Hi, some of the messages from the Assistant are not displayed in the chat box. I tested it and noticed that the replies are registered under the threads on OpenAI’s website. But they were not shown in the chat window.

    It seems some of the messages are not getting through to the plugin from the assistant. Can you please help me solve this?

    More than happy to help out with this. I’ll need a bit more information about what is in the OpenAI thread vs. what is in the chat window. Can you email me as support at kognetiks dot com with more details, specific examples that show what is in the thread and screen grabs for what is not displayed on the screen. That would be very helpful to look into the problem you’re experiencing.
