First of all sorry for contacting you on this support page. It was the only place I could find to contact you.

I am using WP Publication Archive and I notice that posted you about adding a target_blank to the download link. Is there any chance you could show me how you did that? I was having the same problem as you with openlink so changed it but would love the documents to open up in a new window. I have no idea how to do this. 🙂
